Moraira. This peaceful area is just a couple of minutes drive to
the El Portet beach and the main town of Moraira.
Situated within enclosed gates the villa has a lovely relaxing
style for a truly laid back holiday. Spacious and marble floored
throughout , it has a luxury style & feel. Fully air conditioned
and soon to have a heated pool, it has all the facilities you
would expect of a modern home.
Entering the villa from the front door, you have a spacious
marble floored hallway and stairs to the bedrooms. At the
entrance level, there is a spacious lounge and sun room, with
patio doors leading out to the pool terrace and pool.
Also on this level, is a full kitchen and indoor dining area,
again with patio doors leading to the summer lounge and then to
the pool terrace and pool. There is also a covered naya with
dining area here. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all air
conditioned and all of a very good size. The master bedroom
suite has a full bathroom with corner bath and balcony for
sitting out and taking in the views. Across the hall is another
double bedroom (also with a balcony) and twin room. These rooms
share a spacious shower room.
