The lounge, modern kitchen, indoor dining room and naya are all found on this level,
and the villa has a relaxing flow.

Downstairs there are a double and a twin room , both with brand new en-suite
shower rooms.

From the naya, down a few steps is the private swimming pool with roman steps
(can be heated in spring/autumn). The children's play area, with swing, slide and
wendy house, the sun terrace and a lawned area, perfect for the children to play.

There is off street parking behind an electric gate.
The Pla del Mar is in a very privileged location, said to be the safest urbanisation
along this part of the coast. The walk into town is along a quiet street, and takes less
than 10 minutes. You will be an equal distance to the El Portet beach.
