This very stylish and
immaculate villa sits in a very peaceful residential area of Moraira and
has lovely sea views. It is exceptionally well built and very
thoughtfully designed, for maximum relaxation. Fully air conditioned and
very comfortably furnished, it has everything a family can possibly want
for a truly luxurious holiday. It even has its own poolside bar,
complete with BBQ and food preparation facilities. ADSL is available. Please check when booking.
You approach the villa through electric gates, and enter via the
kitchen. And what a beautiful kitchen it is. It has everything you could
possibly need, including two sinks and two fridges (one of which is
American type and is in the adjoining utility room) Opposite the kitchen
is the villas indoor dining area with views onto the poolside terrace.
The lounge area also leads to the villas shady naya and sunny pool
terrace. Every option is available. A sit in the shade, a lie by the
pool, a quick dip, or a drink at the bar of the villas very own watering
hole. All this whilst taking in the fabulous views. If you do get a
little warm, you can opt to take your drinks to the shady decked sitting
area, at the rear of the property, and have a game of petanque in the
marked out pitch. As with all our villas, Casa Pintora has UK TV
channels including BBC & ITV, in case you wish to entertain the children
during the hottest parts of the day. It has a Plasma TV.
Also on the ground level are 2 bedrooms, and double overlooking the pool
terrace, and a twin. There is a shower room between these two bedrooms.
Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with its beautiful balcony and
large bathroom (twin sinks, bath, plus large walk in shower )Also on
this level , another twin room with en suite and views of the sea. All
in all , a perfect layout for two families holidaying together. Restaurants and bars are just a 5 minute drive away
