Casa Monte Verde is an immaculate contemporary style villa with a very romantic and
Spanish feel. It is set up on the hills of the beautiful Balcon al Mar area of Javea.
The views are the first thing to hit you as you enter this villa.

They are simply breath-taking.

It ideal place  to spend your honeymoon, or to take your family away, for a special birthday/anniversary celebration. The quality of the villa and its furnishings really are
top notch. The facilities, as you might expect, are excellent. With 60 satellite TV channels,
wifi internet, ipod speakers, air conditioning , outside BBQ kitchen and every bedroom having 
an en-suite. Who wouldn’t be delighted to stay at this beautiful holiday home.

The entrance of the villa is on the living level. You enter into a huge lounge and dining area which has vast windows with fabulous 180 degree views of this very pretty coastline.

Next to the indoor dining area is a spacious kitchen and utility room with dishwasher,
microwave, washing machine .  On the lower level, there are 4 double bedrooms, all with
en suites. (3 of the 4 have superb sea views) The Master bedroom is extremely spacious with
its own dressing area and full bathroom including separate shower cubicle, bath and bidet.
It has patio doors leading out to the long balcony which leads to the pool and BBQ terrace.
Two other en suite bedrooms have the same facility.

The pool area which has the same fantastic views to the sea is overlooked by the outdoor
dining area and BBQ kitchen (complete with sink and fridge) This really is a special spot for enjoying your al- fresco meals. However, if you do manage to drag  yourself away from this enchanting spot, then , you will find 5-6 good restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
10 minutes in the car and you will have the impossible task of choosing where to eat in Javea.

Whilst we usually specialise in Moraira , it was difficult not to realise that many of our
customers would be attracted to Casa MonteVerde, which is about 20 drive from Moraira itself. The owners have gone to considerable efforts to make this
an exceptional holiday “home from home”.
