CASA NICO
Spacious & only 15 minutes walk to El Portet Beach
Casa Nico is a very spacious, air conditioned villa
situated within 15 minutes walk
from El Portet beach and 20 minutes to Moraira town.
It has beautiful sea and mountains views of El Portet and the Penon
de Ifach.
It has a wonderfully colourful gardens and terraces with a kidney
shaped
private pool and outside shower.
Next to the pool terrace, is a very quaint air conditioned indoor
bar,
with an additional fridge and freezer.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms in
total.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms both with
en-suite and air conditioning.
There is an open plan lounge and sitting/dining room (with views)
and a modern kitchen. On the ground floor there is a huge one
bedroom
separate apartment with bathroom. The apartment also has its own
lounge
and dining area. This excellent arrangement is perfect for families
wishing
to maintain some privacy whilst holidaying together.
Also at ground level , with doors opening onto
the
pool terrace, is a very
quaint indoor bar, air-conditioned with an additional fridge and
freezer.
A great facility for escaping from the heat after a day around the
pool!!
The villa has recently changed hands and the new owners have not yet
had
a chance to replace the somewhat old fashioned furnishings. However
the furniture is very clean and comfortable and the property has
been
generally very well maintained. The bathrooms are spacious bright
and clean.
The kitchen is quite modern with a dishwasher, microwave, and
fridge.
There are plenty of international TV channels & ADSL is available.
We think this spacious and airy villa is perfect for
families wishing to holiday in
Moraira as it offers the facility to walk to and from the beach at
El Portet.
The views are really very impressive and the grounds are very
charming in
style and design. It offers very good value for money for 2010
season due to its late
arrival onto the rental market and the older style decor.
